Mr Jeffery is a highly respected geophysicist/geologist and corporate executive with over 50 years of technical and operational experience across the global resource sector. He has a proven track record in project generation, systematic field exploration, and management of complex asset portfolios in worldwide resource jurisdictions. His extensive background spans deep technical analysis, resource delineation, and executive management for multiple publicly listed resource companies, ensuring Goldfellas’ global programs are executed to the highest standards.

Mr. Childs brings decades of high-level capital markets, corporate governance, and strategic leadership experience to the board. Having served as Chairman and Director for numerous listed exploration and resource companies, he is an expert in corporate structuring, capital raises, and commercial asset transactions. At Goldfellas, Mr Childs oversees the strategic direction of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, fiscal discipline, and the maximisation of value for our institutional and retail investment partners.

Mr Moore is a geologist with considerable corporate management, technical and project financing experience in both exploration and mining for a range of commodities, including precious metals, base metals, uranium, nickel and industrial minerals throughout Australia, Central and South America, Africa and SE Asia/PNG.

He has held roles including Chair and CEO of significant mine development companies including Allied Gold Limited and Abra Mining Limited, both of which developed tier-one mining assets for gold or base metals, leading to the companies being taken over by major mining houses.

Mr Moore’s exploration or mine development experience includes the multi-million ounce Simberi Gold Mine in eastern PNG, the large Abra lead/silver mine in Western Australia’s mid-West region, the world-class Bawdwin copper/polymetallic mine in Myanmar and the high-grade Red October Gold Mine in the Laverton region of Western Australia.

Mr Franzen is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 30 years’ local and international experience within large, complex organisations in the resources sector. Bruce has substantial executive-level and board experience executing finance and commercial roles related to the exploration and development of large capital resource projects.

Mr. Franzen currently provides company secretarial, accounting, and commercial advisory consulting services to a number of ASX and AIM listed companies in the resources sector.
